A constitution is the supreme law of a free country. It is the system by which a government of a country functions. Constitution of India was adopted in the in the constituent assembly on 26th November 1949. It is document that contains set of instructions and policies that a government in power of India must follow. Indian constitution came into force on 26th January 1950, the republic day of India, defining India as a republic union of states. Indian constitution also defines the fundamental rights, directive principles and fundamental duties of a citizen of India. Constitution of India declared India as a state to be sovereign, democratic republic but later in the amendment of constitution of 1976 the India was added to be a socialist and secular state.

The constitution of India is the longest written official book than any other of an independent country. Indian constitution is considered the best constitution that an independent country has in the world. It is a well drafted book that is a result of research of years. India is still a young independent country and hence the makes of India constitution have adopted several effective articles and laws from different constitutions of other countries. It has given a permeable that is just a complete crux about it. Preamble of India is again considered the best in the world. It contains 22 sections including 395 articles, 12 schedules and 83 amendments.

The committee that drafted the constitution of India was headed by Dr. B.R. Ambedkar and other six members as Jahwahar Lal Nehru, C. Rajagopalachari, Rajendra Prasad, Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel, Maulana Abul Kalam Azad and Shyama Prasad Mukherjee. All these members were great politicians and major scholars of India. Indian constitution is written in the hand writing of Dr. Ambedkar.

Indian constitution is the best official draft one must read to know how a democratic and independent republic nation works. It will provide a deep insight of the laws and principles that Indian government follows to run the union of India.

Before we buy into this socialist agenda, we might check out just what happens when health-care services are "free." Let's look at our neighbor to the north — Canada.

The Fraser Institute, a Vancouver, B.C.-based think tank, has done yeoman work keeping track of Canada's socialized health-care system. It has just come out with its 13th annual waiting-list survey. It shows the average time a patient waited between referral from a general practitioner to treatment rose from 16.5 weeks in 2001-02 to 17.7 weeks in 2003. Saskatchewan had the longest average waiting time of nearly 30 weeks, while Ontario had the shortest, 14 weeks.

Waiting lists also exist for diagnostic procedures such as computer tomography (CT), magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) and ultrasound. Depending on province and diagnostic procedure, the wait can range from two to 24 weeks.

As reported in a December 2003 article by Kerri Houston for the Frontiers of Freedom Institute titled "Access denied: Canada's health-care system turns patients into victims", in some cases, patients die on the waiting list because they become too sick to tolerate a procedure. Miss Houston says hip-replacement patients often end up non-ambulatory while waiting an average of 20 weeks, and that's after waiting 13 weeks just to see the specialist. The wait to get diagnostic scans followed by the wait for the radiologist to read them just might explain why Cleveland, Ohio, became Canada's hip-replacement center.

Adding to Canada's medical problems is the exodus of doctors. According to a March 2003 story in Canada News, about 10,000 doctors left Canada in the 1990s. Compounding that exodus is the drop in medical school graduates. According to Miss Houston, Ontario has turned to nurses to replace its bolting doctors. It is "creating" 369 new nurse practitioner positions to take up the doctor shortage.

Some patients avoided long waits for medical services by paying for private treatment. In 2003, British Columbia enacted Bill 82, an "Amendment to Strengthen Legislation and Protect Patients." On its face, Bill 82 is to "protect patients from inadvertent billing errors." That's on its face. But according to a January 2004 article by Nadeem Esmail for the Fraser Institute's Forum and titled "Oh to be a prisoner," Bill 82 would disallow anyone from paying the clinical fees for private surgery, where previously only patients were forbidden to do so. The bill also empowers the government to levy fines of up to $20,000 on physicians who accept these fees or allow such a practice. That means it is now against Canadian law to opt out of the health-care system and pay for your own surgery.

Health care can have a zero price to the user, but that doesn't mean it's free or has a zero cost. The problem with a good or service having a zero price is that demand will exceed supply.

When price isn't allowed to make demand equal supply, other measures must be taken. One way to distribute the demand is by queuing — making people wait. Another is to have a medical czar who decides who is eligible, under what conditions, for a particular procedure — for example, no hip replacement or renal dialysis for people over 70 or no heart transplants for smokers.

I'm wondering just how many Americans would like Canada's long waiting lists, medical czars deciding what treatments we get and an exodus of doctors.

The latest numbers are now in and, guess what? The housing market continues to slow. Housing prices are once again down and housing starts have come to a halt. Is this the start of the housing market bubble burst we’ve all heard so much about? My answer: You bet!

Now, that Democrats have something to do with it, you bet the recent Bush tax cuts will be repealed. You bet the investors will come under assault. You bet this will cause interest rates to rise and you bet the housing bubble is about to burst!

I hear you say, “What about the Clinton years? Clinton’s a Democrat and interest rates were low, when he was President. The economy was great, then. The stock and housing markets were going full speed ahead, then.”

You are s-o-o-o-o right, but remember, the Republican congress along with Clinton/Gore got many international trade laws passed. This made the price of goods lower in the States and that acted to stimulate the economy. Also, remember that the Republicans sent up a bill to Bill that would lower Capital Gains taxes. Clinton, knowing that the economy needed a shot in the arm at the time, signed it. This, too, stimulated the economy and that one-two punch led to the rip roaring economy of the 90’s. The point is; almost every Democrat voted against these things.

Now, it is the era of Nancy Pelosi. So, look out capitalism! We have a real socialist on our hands here. If it was up to her, the only money you’d have is the money she’d let you have out of the goodness of her heart. Pelosi and her comrades won’t even admit that Bill Clinton was a big reason why we have free international trade today. Go figure, one of the only things Clinton / Gore did that was really very good for the economy and the Democrats want to hide it from you. Why? Because it’s easier to gain support of middle class voters by telling them the lie that free trade costs Americans jobs!

In short, with the new congress you should look for higher mortgage rates. That really means higher housing costs with lower equity accumulation. Now, that’s a real boon to the middle class! Look for less free trade. That means higher prices on imported goods. Imagine what your computer would cost if it were made in total, in America. One scholarly economist told me that a computer made of American parts would cost $14,000 to $20,000! Now, we’re giving the middle class a break! Also, don’t forget those “tax breaks for the rich” being repealed. A family of four with a household income of, a very opulent, $60,000 a year, on average, because of the Bush tax cuts, pay less than $4,000 in federal income tax. So, in an attempt to get these rich people to pay their fair share, they will be paying over $9,000 after Nancy and the gang reverse the evil tax cut.

Let’s not get started discussing our likelihood of surrendering to the terrorists. This article is about Mortgage rates, housing bubbles, interest rates and the economy in general. That’s depressing enough. We’ll save the part about weak-kneed foreign policy for another time.

The media decided that Obama was a stronger candidate than the Clinton con-artists, with all their baggage and all the scandals that were stonewalled, trivialized by the media and ignored (as if the only crime was a bj? like Capone's only crime was tax evasion).

So, along comes a jr senator, who speaks magnificently on TV (with the assistance of tele-prompters and a complicit media) and suddenly, sHrillery is thrown under the bus for a candidate with the same amount of experience as Palin (her inexperience counts because she opposes socialism and his inexperience does not matter because he carries the socialist flag).

Now, Obama makes a typical liberal comment about the Harvard professor and the media has now forsaken "the messiah", as Oprah declared, "you are the one!"

"Media, media, has thou forsaken me?", cries Obama. "You have exposed me as a biased liberal", he cries.

Will the media turn on the candidate they chose? How long will the democratic congress be blaming Bush for defending America against terrorists?

Will America realize they are being short-"changed"?

Has the media forsaken their candidate (already) ?
